Gosh, a week has passed since my last post. This last week I have been working on the piece below, The Red Desert Scissor Pocket (The Cat’s Whiskers). I’m now ready to do the construction. I’m in a bit of a scissor pockety mood at the moment, the next piece I’ve pulled out of my stash to start is the This Too Shall Pass Scissor Pocket by Elegant Stitch.
Not much has been going on with me, I’ve been busy with work, catching up with other library friends and went to my second hardanger lesson on Saturday. I’ve got a lot of homework to do from that class and hopefully I might have a photo to share soon of my progress with that project.
I started this at least a year ago in a SAL, but because I was making it for myself, it got shut up in my WIP drawer …. Hmm. Time to make time for it, I think!
