Well I went to Weight Watchers tonight and I had managed to lose 0.3kg, not a fabulous result but still a loss. I was so happy with the previous weeks loss (1.3kg) that I did not track for the whole week and had absolutely no idea how much I had eaten and what to expect on the scales. If I’ve behaved by tracking my food and exercise I can be reasonably confident of a loss between .5kg to 1.5kg.
I don’t have that much of a problem with the exercise part of the deal, its writing down everything I eat that is so bloody hard to remember to do (especially if I’m “Cloudy” on the point values of what I ate).
Well, tomorrow’s another day and I’ll get back on the wagon. My Husband has made curry for us to night (points unknown) yummy!!! Tracking resumes tomorrow.
