It’s my rostered day off today so I had planned to go and do my pressing duties (get tax done, do my change of name at the utilities, bank and drivers licence – we were married just over a year ago and I’ve been a bit sluggish getting this task done) but my health has got the best of my good intentions. I have a cold – pathetic eh? I didn’t sleep properly last night and I’ve stayed home all day and felt sorry for myself (managed to get some stitching done – so not totally wasted!!).
I’ve been working on my Strawberry Shaker Box project and now I’m 3/4 of the way done on part one. I’ll post a photo when I’m done – I’m hoping that I’ll have it done over the weekend.
It’s a long weekend this weekend in Western Australia — weather permitting, I’m going to get the weeding done in the back garden (some dandilions are now as tall as the fence).
Now some answers – I’ve not got a rotation really – you could call it a screaming rotation. I’m SALing Millenium with a lady from the TW BB on the third weekend of the month and working on Rose of Sharon when the Mirabilia BB has its SAL weekend – first weekend of the month. The rest of the time I just work on whatever I please – at the moment I’m desperately trying to catch up my shaker box project and finish the over one ornament by Monsterbubbles (untouched so far, this week).
I’ve also been indulging in some stash diving to see if there is anything suitable for my exchanges – stay tuned.
