Here are the hit’s from last weeks’ WIP parade! Pictures are Clickable for the full effect!

At number three we have a new entry – Ink Circle’s Sea Stars (over one on 25ct, Vikki Clayton’s conversion). Not much of a start, but my Dad is visiting from Adelaide and he takes up a lot of my stitching time when he is around.

At number two is another new entry (for the Xser’s Yahoo Group Ornie SAL) Fill with Love (Designs by Cathy Jean) JCS ornament issue 2007. Getting there… need to have it finished by the end of the month to be eligible to be in the drawing for a prize (the Xser’s group is an Aussie Stitcher’s Yahoo Group).

And at number one for the third week in a row, Mary Thompson’s Quaker Sampler!!

Here’s a close up of the two motif’s I worked this weekend (they are on the right). I worked the yellowish one the week before last. That white-ish disappears a little in non bright light (which you can see for yourselves in the first picture), but I’m not too concerned the motif adjacent is a rather nice blue which will help it to stand out! Still having fun working on it!

This week I’m seriously tempted to start the Peacock Stitcher’s Chair by The Cat’s Whiskers’ Design Studio. I’ve had it kitted for quite some time and there is a SAL starting next week in the Stitching Small’s SAL yahoo group. By the way do visit the new Cat’s Whisker’s Yuku Group – they are a lovely group of ladies and as there are so many lovely new CW designs out for Nashville there is plenty to talk about!
